Stir the cleaning and rust remover and water in a ratio of 1:0-1 evenly (the stone may not be diluted when the rust is serious), and directly brush on the rusty place of the stone. Q-308N granite cleaning and refurbishing agent can only remove the surface rust spots of the rough granite. If you want to remove the deep rust spots of the granite, you must use the Q-330X type granite cleaning and rust remover.

The causes of rust spots can generally be divided into two categories: one is the iron contained in the stone itself. Each kind of stone itself contains iron to varying degrees. When rainwater comes into contact with the iron in the stone, rust spots will slowly form ; The second is external iron pollution, such as residual steel grit in processing, iron tools and scaffolding during installation and construction, metal decorations, and improper cleaning materials or improper use of cleaning materials when clearing the site after installation and construction. Cleaning methods, etc.

Marble cleaning and rust removal

1. Use marble cleaning rust remover Q-301M. For specific usage, please refer to the instructions of Q-301M marble cleaning rust remover.

2. If it is a non-polished surface marble product (matte surface product), it can also be cleaned with Q-330X. The polished surface marble cannot be cleaned with Q-330X, but the polished surface marble cannot be used Q- 330X, otherwise it will seriously affect its surface gloss.

 Suggest:

The washed stone must be protected after it is completely dried to reduce the possibility of rusting again after the stone is exposed to acid rain.

Pathological changes: Due to the high iron content in the mineral composition of Xiahong stone, some of the stone appeared rusty yellow during the installation and construction. After the installation, the decoration company asked the cleaning company to perform improper cleaning (pickling), resulting in the stone mine The system components in the substance are corroded by the acidic substance in the cleaning liquid, and the stone wall of more than 8,000 square meters has been rusted back in a large area, as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2 (partial).

Treatment materials: Q-330X type granite cleaning and rust removing agent, F-101R type stone oily protective agent.

Construction method:

　　 1. Clean up the dirt and surface dust on the stone.

　　2. Brush Q-330X type granite cleaning and rust remover directly on the rusty part of the stone, keep it for about 1 hour, and then rinse it off with water.

　　3. If the rust scale is serious, and the rust can not be removed at one time, the above process can be repeated.

　　4. After the stone is completely dry, apply the F-101R stone oily protective agent evenly on the surface of the stone to be protected with a brush or roller, and construct in a crisscross pattern without any omission.

Precautions:

　　 1. Apply local contact test to other materials that may be contacted during construction, and it has been confirmed whether it has any adverse effects. If there is any impact, corresponding protective measures should be taken.

2. Q-330X will cause some gray granite (such as basalt granite) to fade, long-term contact can form white marks or even loss of gloss on the surface. When cleaning the stone, avoid the contact between the cleaning agent and the surrounding black stone. If accidentally touched, wash with water immediately, white spots have formed. S_8236D stone black colorant can be used for coloring.

　　3. Q-330X is corrosive to some metal materials. After long-term contact with stainless steel products, dark deposits will be formed on the surface after drying. Care should be taken to protect it. If it is accidentally touched, wash it with water immediately. For example, dry marks have been formed on stainless steel. It can be polished by wet polishing with water sandpaper above 400# (the number of sandpaper is determined by the roughness of the surface of stainless steel or aluminum alloy, the smoother the surface, the larger the number of sandpaper used in water), or a polishing machine with polishing wax Polished.
