If you use water-based protective agent, the amount must be increased. It is best to use immersion method for protection. And must extend the maintenance period. It is best to keep it horizontally for one day and then stand it up for two days for maintenance. If it is erected too early, the yin and yang face will appear. Of course, other types of protective agents should also be prepared according to the instructions, and a day of maintenance period should be added to ensure the quality of protection. The bottom surface protective agent to prevent hollowing is film-forming regardless of water or oil. But brushing once can only act as an interface agent and cannot increase protection. 2, the impact of construction and environment on stone cannot be ignored. First of all, it must be correct.


Know stone. As a kind of microporous hard decorative building material, it cannot be soaked for a long time under the condition of excessive water. Once pollution inevitably affects the decorative effect, and the water itself and other substances brought into the stone by the water are sources of pollution, which are the reasons for the decline of the decorative effect of the stone. Therefore, a dry environment must be created for the paving stone parts. These parts should also be protected during construction, so that the foundation water content of these paving stones should not be too high. It should be said that keeping dry is the key to prevent the stone from being polluted by the water in the later stage and causing the Baihua. Therefore, it is recognized that decorative stones, especially marble, cannot be used in a watery environment for a long time. It is the construction department, design department, and even Party A’s unit that should pay attention to it. In these links, the problem is not recognized and water pollution is not solved. It is almost inevitable that the marble will return to whitening in the later period, or worse. Cutting off the water source to maintain a dry environment is the key to preventing the marble from turning white and chalking in the later stage.


3, the stone that has just been paved cannot be renovated and crystallized too early.


Carry out renovation and crystal hard care. This work should be carried out after a month or even longer. At this time, the hydration reaction of the cement has been completed, the excess water has basically evaporated, and some problems that should have occurred have also appeared. At this time, cleaning, refurbishing, and nursing work will all be more effective. It can complete cleaning, refurbishment and care work, especially crystal care, in a better and more economical way. If the water content of the stone is too high, the phenomenon of white blooming will surely occur. It will be polished many times until the stone is basically dry before returning to white blooming. The waste of labor and materials also has a destructive effect on the stone itself. This point should greatly arouse the attention of Party A and the construction unit. In summer in Beijing, crystal care before the stone is dry is not worth the gain. The stone care department must also realize this, otherwise, rework will be inevitable, and more than once. When the stone needs to be polished and refurbished, the protection of the stone itself is very important. Regardless of whether the stone has been protected, you should do it carefully with a more penetrating protective agent (the fluorine series protective agent is best). For water absorption Stones with high rates should be done two to three times, and must pass the curing period before polishing. Before polishing, the gap between the stone and the stone must be tightly filled. Sometimes there are seemingly tight gaps, and a lot of water can still flow in. The seamless treatment implemented in recent years is to manually cut the gaps before polishing, and then fill in high-quality resin glue to seal the gaps between stones as much as possible. Its purpose is not only beautiful appearance and good self-cleaning in the later stage, but it is very important to prevent a large amount of water from being polished from flowing into the stone under the stone through the cracks, and accumulating, and then returning to it in the future, causing surface pollution. Therefore, it is correct to open seam glue before sanding, but it is wrong to open seam glue after sanding (sometimes after rough sanding). It will cause whitening when renovating the marble floor, and it will cause water spots to not dry when renovating the granite floor. phenomenon. Based on the above analysis, the author believes that as long as the protective agent is used scientifically and conscientiously before stone paving, a relatively dry environment can be created during construction, water-borne pollution can be effectively prevented during use, the stone itself should be protected during renovation, and the stone gaps should be sealed. , Make sure the stone itself is basically dry during crystal hard care. These points are the key to prevent the marble floor from returning to white in the wet season.
